I am a practitioner of positive psychology and have worked in health education, mind-body wellness, tought stress management and meditation. My background includes work in hospitals, outpatient settings, a university and a career center.

I aim to provide the solutions clients are looking for. I educate clients about the tools of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I am strongly influenced by positive, and buddhist psychology. I provide behavioral health education and coping tools such as mindfulness practice, mood management tools, and homework if you’d like it. I practice both short and long-term psychotherapy.
